Systemsin sync.
Business technology works better when its tools, data, and daily processes connect. NUMEXS plans and implements the systems behind more coherent operations.

About NUMEXS / what we do
Less friction between the tools.
NUMEXS provides IT solutions for businesses working across multiple applications, data sources, teams, and recurring processes.
Our work can begin with a focused consultation or a practical review of an existing setup. From there, a project may involve configuring business software, joining applications through an API, building a workflow, setting up a cloud workspace, or turning operational data into an internal dashboard.
We also implement appropriate AI tools, prepare technical documentation, optimize existing systems, and provide remote support. Each engagement is defined by its agreed scope, available platforms, client access, and the tests needed to confirm that the result works as intended.
03 / Service index
Choose the point of change.
Start with a single system question or a broader implementation. Select any service to review the likely work, the required inputs, and the published fee.
Final scope confirmed before work begins
Software subscriptions, cloud charges, and third-party products are separate unless an accepted scope explicitly includes them.
04 / Systems perspective
Map the dependencies first.
A useful implementation starts by establishing what already exists. These four questions keep a technical plan tied to the business process it must support.
Which system owns the information?
Identify the source of truth, data fields, and people responsible for changes.
What can connect?
Check available APIs, subscriptions, permissions, and third-party platform limits.
Where does a decision remain human?
Define review points for exceptions, approvals, and AI-assisted output.
How will the result be verified?
Agree on representative cases, acceptance checks, and the handoff owner.
Infrastructure / defined dependencies05 / Implementation method
A route from need to working system.
The steps below describe how an engagement can be organized. The actual sequence and deliverables are set in the accepted project scope.
Understand the current state.
Define the business task, review the existing applications and workflow, and identify permissions, data sources, and constraints before selecting an implementation path.
06 / Conditions for useful work
Control belongs in the plan.
Technology choices affect access, data, people, and ongoing costs. These points are discussed in the scope so the implementation matches the client's environment.
Authorized accounts
Identify the account owner, permissions, and approved remote access before configuration begins.
Know the path
Define which information moves, where it is stored, and who reviews its accuracy.
Test and hand over
Use representative scenarios and document the agreed setup for the people who will operate it.
Human review
Set limits on inputs and require a person to assess AI-assisted output before a consequential use.
07 / Questions
Before a project starts.
The details that often matter most are access, available tools, the exact result required, and who will own the system after delivery.
Can NUMEXS work with our existing software?
That depends on the software's supported features, API access, account permissions, subscription level, and the desired data flow. A consultation or scoped review can establish what is feasible before an integration is proposed.
Are third-party licenses included in the listed prices?
Unless an accepted scope expressly says otherwise, software subscriptions, cloud hosting, API usage, AI tool fees, and other third-party costs are separate from the listed NUMEXS service fee.
What do you need from our team?
A designated decision maker, a clear description of the process, representative data, and authorized access to the agreed systems. The relevant requirements are confirmed for each service before work begins.
How is an AI-assisted workflow checked?
The use case should identify permitted inputs, a review point, and a person responsible for assessing outputs. AI results may be incomplete or incorrect, so they should be checked before they inform important decisions or external communications.
What happens after implementation?
The agreed handoff can include a walkthrough or technical documentation. Remote Technical Support is priced at $150 per hour, and Ongoing IT Support is listed at $900 per month; coverage is defined in the relevant agreement.
Can we request a change after scope is agreed?
Yes. A requested addition or change is reviewed for impact on cost, timing, data access, and dependencies. Work outside the accepted scope is confirmed separately before it proceeds.
Specific service terms are set out in the accepted project scope and the site's Terms of Service.
08 / Start a conversation
Make the next system work.
Tell us which tools you use, which process needs attention, and what a useful result would look like for your team.
Define the request.
Begin with a specific workflow, integration, cloud setup, dashboard, or support issue. The first step is understanding the scope.
